General Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, exchanges may be facilitated under specific conditions as outlined below.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges under the following circumstances:
1. Damaged Products:
• Exchanges are only permitted if the item is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery.
• Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with unboxing photos/videos and proof of damage.
2. Condition of the Item:
• The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
• Items that have been altered, worn, or washed will not qualify for an exchange.
3. Exclusions:
• Fully customized or made-to-measure orders are not eligible for exchange due to their personalized nature.
• Sale or discounted items are also non-exchangeable.
Process for Exchange
1. Initiate the Process:

2. Approval & Return Instructions:
• Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.
3. Inspection & Exchange:
• Upon receiving the item, it will undergo a thorough inspection. If approved, we will process your exchange for the same item or a similar one, subject to availability.
Note: The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the damage is determined to be a result of our error.
